Our 3 outstanding cottages are set on on the very top of Windmill Hill amongst acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside. The Cottages vary in size, from 2 to 3 bedrooms, each purpose built to provide holiday accommodation for families, friends and carers in the most tranquil and serene surroundings.
Each cottage is wheelchair friendly with level access throughout the ground floor & patios.
Each cottage has a wheelchair lift, with all bedrooms on the first floor.
Many disability aids available including H track ceiling track hoists, profiling beds and wet room, available free of charge.
A selection of different shower chairs available.
Additional requirements sourced and delivered by local suppliers.
Stylish self catering holiday cottages with open plan living areas, bespoke kitchens (with lowered sinks), modern furniture and sofas, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
Each cottage has their own log heated hot tub, which is accessible via a tracked hoist

Up to 3 dogs permitted (above 12 months old)
Standard check in is from 4pm. Standard check out is by 10am - other options available.

Buck Cottage
* beds consist of one king size double bed in bedroom 1 (can be made into 2 singles upon request in advance of stay), one single profiling bed & one single divan bed in bedroom 2, two divan single beds in bedroom 3 (can be made into one king size bed upon request in advance of stay). There is also a sofa bed in the lounge (if required)
Fawn Cottage
* beds consist of one king size double bed in bedroom 1 (can be made into 2 singles upon request in advance of stay), one single profiling bed & one single divan bed in bedroom 2, two divan single beds in bedroom 3 (can be made into one king size bed upon request in advance of stay). There is also a sofa bed in the lounge (if required)
Roe Cottage
* beds consist of one king size double bed (can be made into 2 singles upon request in advance of stay), one single profiling bed & one sofa bed (put out once the lift is finished with for the day). There is also a sofa bed in the lounge (if required)

Windmill Barns stands alone on the top of Windmill Hill. With breath taking views over the surrounding countryside with the nearest neighbours over a mile way.
Leave behind the hustle and bustle of modern life, for a place of tranquility and serenity.
Look out for birds of prey, deers and the local long horned cows a few fields away.
